British Summer Time Festival @ Hyde Park

The highlight of the British Summer Time Festival weekend was Steven Wonder on stage at the British Summer Time Festival on Sunday 10th July - tickets sold out weeks before the show was to begin, which was not a surprise as other headline acts were Pharell Williams and Corinne Bailey Rae. Each day of the British Summer Time Festival at Hyde park looked to provide music from around the world and an array of music talent from different genres.

We were lucky enough to gain tickets for the Friday, 1st July - Massive Attack. With performances by Young Fathers, PREP and Patti smith and her band. The vocalist GhostPoet was one of the new sounds at this years BSTHydePark, the young Nigerian performed songs from his mercury prize  nominated album 'Shedding Skin'

I was personally delighted to have some summer sun on Friday 1st July to make the day at BSTHydePark all that bit more epic. On the second weekend, the BSTHydePark stage saw the highlights of Mumford and sons, Take That and even fan spotting singer Niall Horan from boy band One Direction.

Ella Eyre, 22, certainly made the most of her opportunity supporting the group as she poured her all into her afternoon set at the leafy location in the capital.

The Deeper singer put on a busty display in a figure-hugging catsuit with a sheer panel revealing plenty of cleavages.

The cheeky chappie Olly Murs on stage , looking very dapper in a fully buttoned white shirt and a pair of black trousers. He sported his familiar well-coiffed quiff and some designer stubble for the lively set.

Take That didn't disappoint the tens of thousands of fans who flocked to Hyde Park on Saturday 9th July. Gary Barlow, Mark Owen and Howard Donald were at their entertaining best as they made their way through the band's hit-filled back catalogue.
